I will be trying this diet. Question, what is the best way to prepare the edamame beans? Bought some at Walmart.
ReplyDeleteYou can steam them, you can eat them room temperature with salt, pepper and a dash of olive oil, you can bake them for about 40 mins and turn them into a roasted crunchy nut, you can blend them and make them smooth and add to mashed potatoes, theres endless amounts of things u can do with edemame. They are soybeans, and soy takes on the flavor of whatever its eaten with. They have no flavor so do whatever you want and u will enjoy the benefits. Just dont put them in the microwave because it kills whatever nutritonal value the bean holds
ReplyDeletethanks for commenting:)
